From grain and animal feed to fresh eggs.
One group. Connected production. European reach.
Diverse activities. A shared commitment to growth.
The Agromont story began in 1993 with the development of a farm in Nikšić. From these beginnings, it grew into a group whose operations now connect four countries and a range of complementary activities.
Our companies in Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Albania produce fresh eggs and animal feed, and purchase, store and trade grain and oilseeds. Our network of agricultural centres brings this range closer to farms, smallholdings and households.
Agromont Group draws its strength from the connections between these activities. Grain, animal feed, poultry production and sales are part of one business, with each company playing a clear role in the development of the group.

MEGA · Spuž Animal Feed Factory
Spuž · MEGA brand
Spuž Animal Feed Factory is the largest of its kind in Montenegro and one of the most modern in the region. With a daily capacity of 300 tonnes, it offers a wide range of feed for different animal species and stages of growth.
At the end of 2020, AGROMONT became the sole owner of Spuž Animal Feed Factory, integrating its production with the group’s other activities. The factory is also Montenegro’s largest grain importer, with its animal feed marketed under the MEGA brand.
The range includes complete feeds for laying hens, broiler chickens, turkeys and turkey poults, as well as feed for cows, dairy cows, calves, young cattle, sheep, goats and lambs. The pig-farming range includes feed for fattening pigs, piglets and sows, complemented by grains and grain mixes.
Alongside its domestic market, the factory exports to Albania, Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Albania is particularly important: we are one of its largest animal-feed suppliers and a leader in broiler feed. Our feed supports 500,000 chickens per production cycle there.
Pločica · edited photographAgromont Group Serbia connects the agricultural regions of Mačva and Banat through the purchasing, storage, drying, processing and trading of grain and oilseeds. Operations rely on the company’s silos, dryers and storage facilities in Mačvanski Pričinović and Pločica, with a combined storage capacity of approximately 75,000 tonnes.
During 2024 and 2025, the company expanded beyond its home district of Mačva, investing in land and facilities in the municipality of Kovin.
A preliminary agreement was signed to purchase land and facilities in the cadastral municipality of Pločica.
The property purchase agreement with Agrar Invest d.o.o. of Belgrade was finalised. Agromont Group acquired land within the construction zone of Pločica, covering a total of 17 hectares, 87 ares and 11 m².
The investment in Pločica increased grain storage capacity by 30,000 tonnes and added grain-drying capacity. Development of the complex also includes a grain-bagging centre, bringing receiving, storage, processing and packaging together at one location.
The location and processing capabilities of the complex provide a foundation for the packing centre to play a leading role in supplying domestic and regional markets.
The company is led by Director Mihailo Ostojić. By connecting facilities in Mačva and Banat, its own infrastructure and strategic land holdings near Kovin, Agromont Group Serbia is developing an integrated grain-trading system for domestic and regional markets.
Alongside domestic sales in Serbia, we supply grain and oilseeds to Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Croatia and Kosovo. Investments in infrastructure and land support further growth and connect agricultural regions with customers across Europe.
